What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are set recurring based on the time frame you purchase. We can also accept PayPal in some cases. If you need to use Paypal or some other form of payment please contact us at 615-714-8742.

What do I do once I sign up?
Once you sign up you will be given your login information to our back office. The back office contains a series of videos showing you how to utilize our system. The videos should only take a few hours to view. You will also be able to set up your Forex live or demo account with the broker so that you can trade. Once your are set up, you will begin receiving daily emails instructing you to login to the site to view market updates and you will will receive new trades or make adjustments to current trades we are in. All you do is take the numbers we give you and enter them into your trading software.

What is your email privacy policy?
Our client base is held strictly confidential and we do not share your information with any outside parties.

Do I have to trade with real money at first.?
Once you purchase our service you can then choose if you want to trade with live funds or if you want to trade on a demo account to start. You will be given the links to do this in the back office. We suggest that you trade with a demo account first if you are just getting started. This is a play account so that you can get used to how the Forex market works.

What kind of support do you offer?
We offer full support. There are a number of training videos in the back office that will show you step-by-step how to apply our entire system. But should you require additional assistance we are here to help. Simply go to our contact page.

How much time do I need to trade every day if I use your signals?
About 15 minutes per day.

I know other people that would be interested in your service. Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we pay monthly referral fees on people you refer to us. Go to our affiliates page and sign up. It is FREE and easy!!

What is your refund, exchange or cancellation policy?
You can cancel your account at any time with no additional charges. If you are subscribed to a monthly service you can cancel that service at any time before your next billing date. Please contact us on the Contact Us page at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle hits to ensure that we cancel your account in time. Becuase the majority of our services are online subscriptions and training programs we do not offer any refund or exchanges. In most cases you are offered a free trial to test our services first in order to see if you like the service. We give ample time in order for you to determine if you want to use the service or now. However, in the case of products that are shipped to you we will offer you an exchange on any product that you recieve that is defective. So to clarify once your trial period ends and you are billed, you have agreed to pay for that month of service whether you use the service or not.

Do you have a guarantee that your service will work?
We are an information only service only and is focused on training you on how you can trade the Forex market. It is your responsiblity to do your own due diligence and choose to take trades or not.
